Reid installed an AC unit and furnace for us. We also referred business to them. Have spent lots of on them. It all began with the salesperson intentionally providing deceitful misinformation. We then experienced problems with their installation, follow up service, and the products they installed (Lennox). We had an independent third party professional evaluate the quality of the furnace and install which revealed and identified several serious problems. Reid refused to honour the warranty or to provide proper or professional follow up service due to their errors. Will never use Reid again. I wish we could reverse the referrals we made to them. They do not deserve customers' business.

The service was excellent and highly professional. I have used this company many times to clean my furnace and recommend them highly. Today, they also installed a new gas hot water heater. They took the time to explain how it works and how to adjust the heat level. I will definitely keep using this Ottawa based company.

Kevin immediately knew why our Nest thermostat was not charging. He was able to lay an extra thermostat wire without punching any holes in wall or ceiling. He also wired up Nest to control furnace humidifier.

Kevin was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and safety conscious (followed all covid protocols without exception). Answered all of my questions with the humidifier install along with other general questions on overall HVAC maintenance I had. Left the job cleaner than he found it and would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to have the job done right and safely.
